How do I sign the lease at EVER?
We’d love to help you sign your lease in our leasing office BUT you can also do everything online! Once you finish applying, the leasing office team will approve and send you the lease for signature.
What is the lease term at EVER?
Move in before anybody else! All leases at EVER are 12-month installments beginning on 8/12/ 2025 and ending on 7/31/2026.
What does your move-in date looks like
Our exclusive white-glove service ensures a seamless transition to Purdue. Professional movers will handle all the heavy lifting, allowing you to focus on exploring your new campus and getting settled. Enjoy the convenience of a two-day move-in window, August 12-13, 2025, and start your Purdue adventure on the right foot. Plus, our early move-in date gives you a chance to get involved on campus before classes even begin.
What is an individual lease?
An individual lease is a per-bed space lease. You sign a lease for a bed space in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This means you are only responsible for your own installments. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time.
Do you offer roommate matching services if I don’t have enough people to fill my apartment?
Yes! EVER offers a roommate matching program. After filling out the roommate profile in your application, we will match you with someone who has a similar lifestyle and habits to the best of our ability. Additionally, we partnered with RoomSync, an app used to create a profile and swipe to match with potential roomies.
What is a rental installment?
Your contract is based on a total amount that is divided into 12 equal installments for convenience. Your first installment will be due August 1 and the last on July 1 unless you choose to renew and stay at EVER for another year. Because of this, August rent is not prorated.
When is my installment due? How can I pay for my installment?
Installments are due on the first of each month. You can conveniently pay through your resident portal using a debit/credit card or e-check.
Is renter’s insurance required? Do you provide renter’s insurance?
Each resident is required to have an active liability insurance policy. Coverage may be offered through your parent’s insurance provider, or you can enroll through your resident portal and a small fee will be added to each rental installment. Additionally, you may purchase additional coverage which will cover your personal belongings if a loss were to happen.
What utilities are included in my installment?
Your installment includes fiber internet via wi-fi or ethernet port, and trash. You are responsible for the electric, water, and sewer charges.
What is a guarantor and what if I do not have one?
A guarantor is a third party that ensures timely payment for your rental installment and any additional charges during your lease at EVER. If you do not have a guarantor, we have alternative options to approve your application to live at EVER. Contact our office to discuss these alternatives.
What if I am an international student? What documentation do I need to provide?
International students will need to provide a copy of their student visa during the application process. In lieu of the guarantor requirement, you may opt to prepay the last two installments of your lease prior to move-in.
Are the units fully furnished?
EVER’s apartments come fully furnished.
Each resident will have a full-size bed with a headboard and pillow-top mattress, a four-drawer under-bed dresser, a study desk with USB, and a desk chair.
Our standard floor plans come with common area furniture, including an entertainment stand, 65 inch Smart TV, coffee table, sofa, side chair*, and barstools. Larger units may include a sectional couch.

Yes, we do. Each unit will have a dedicated washer and dryer.
What are the townhome units at EVER? Where are they located?
Our spacious townhouse is conveniently located on the first floor of the building. Dual, private entrances on the ground floor and second floor provide flexibility and privacy. Unwind on your sunny, private balcony and enjoy a breath of fresh air. Furthermore, select units boast an expansive social area featuring a pool table, the ideal spot for laughter and fun gatherings.
How fast is the Wi-Fi at EVER?
EVER offers residents up to 1-gigabit speed. Each unit has an individual Wi-Fi router, with ethernet ports in the bedroom(s) and common space.
Do you allow pets?
EVER is pet-friendly, restrictions may apply. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Do you have maintenance staff? How do I place a work order?
EVER offers onsite maintenance to address any maintenance concerns you may have. A work order request can be submitted through your resident portal. For emergency maintenance after hours, please call the leasing office and follow the prompts to reach the maintenance team.
