Give Back, Spread Joy
The holidays feel even more meaningful when we use our time and energy to brighten someone else’s season. At EVER West Lafayette, we make giving back both easy and enjoyable by encouraging residents to use our shared spaces as a hub for connection, creativity, and community impact.
Angel Tree Donations
Local churches, campus organizations, and community nonprofits host Angel Tree programs where you can “adopt” a child and fulfill a holiday wish.
Residents can gather in our lounges or study rooms to wrap gifts together, host a mini wrapping party, or simply collaborate on meaningful donation ideas.
Write Cards to Elderly Neighbors
Senior living communities in the Lafayette area deeply appreciate receiving handwritten cards during the holidays.
Settle into our clubhouse tables with friends, grab some craft supplies, or use our community printer to create thoughtful card templates. A cozy card-writing night in our shared spaces goes a long way in bringing joy to local seniors.
Donate Toys to Children’s Hospitals
Nearby children’s hospitals often accept new toys, art supplies, blankets, and comforting items for patients.
If you’d like to donate, our lobby and package room make it easy to collect and organize items before drop-off. You can even host a small donation drive with your floor, friend group, or student org.
